Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 to 4 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices
Required Skills:
Talent acquisition and candidate sourcing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring trends
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations (preferred)
