Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment,
with a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and job boards)
– Screen resumes and job applications
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
– Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
– Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates
– Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
– Assist in writing job descriptions and postings
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Recruiter (2 years minimum)
– Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person)
– Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
– Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong decision-making skills
– BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Qualifications & Skills:
– 2 years of experience as a Recruiter
