Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain HR records and data entries
Assist in attendance and basic HR reporting
Handle basic employee queries under guidance
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email handling
Organizational and time management skills
Professional attitude and confidentiality
Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
