Job Description:
Jenex Technovation Private Limited is looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing activities
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with attendance and leave management
• Support payroll and HR administrative activities
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries
• Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
