Job Description:

IT Path Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage various human resource activities and support the organization’s HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle recruitment and employee-related activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll and attendance management
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Handle HR queries and provide employee support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
