Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Executive to support the recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will assist in job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
Assist in onboarding process and documentation of new employees.
Support HR team in daily HR activities.
