About the Role
Allies Business Hub is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of HR processes to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and HR-related activities.
Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements and improve HR processes.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes.
Experience with HRMS, job portals, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Knowledge of HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Experience with recruitment tools, HR software, and employee lifecycle management.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
