Job Description

Title: HR Executive

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and compliance.

Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries and basic grievance coordination
Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support HR audits and reporting as required

Education / Qualification
Graduate in HR / Management / any stream
MBA (HR) or relevant HR training preferred

Knowledge / Skills
Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Organizational and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
