Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR functions. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR activities and initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
– Manage employee relations and provide support to employees.
– Handle HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and documentation.
– Support performance management processes.
– Assist in training and development initiatives.
– Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– 3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
– Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Proficient in MS Office applications.
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
