Job Overview:
Edsom Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management
Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Coordinate training and development activities
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and legal compliance
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
1–5 years of experience in an HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR software/tools (HRMS)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
