We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions
– Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy
– Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews
– Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
– Assist in payroll processing and benefit administration
– Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1 year of experience in HR coordination or related role
– Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
