Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Handle recruitment coordination and onboarding activities
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee databases
• Assist in payroll and employee benefit administration
• Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
• Support performance management and HR policies
• Handle administrative tasks and office operations
• Organize meetings and maintain official records
• Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
