Job Description: HR & Admin Executive

Job Overview:
As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions within the organization. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and overall employee relations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from updating job descriptions to conducting interviews and making job offers.
– Implement and update HR policies and procedures in line with current laws and regulations.
– Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
– Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
– Manage employee performance evaluations and development plans.
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
– Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
– Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
– Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as office supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience as an HR & Admin Executive or similar role.
– Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
