Overview
Vandan Innovations is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Hardware & Network Engineers / Office Work / Sales Executives to support IT operations, customer support, and basic sales activities. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in IT hardware, networking, and customer interaction.
Role & Responsibilities
Hardware & Network Support
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Basic setup and support for LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
Diagnose and resolve hardware and network connectivity issues
Install and configure Windows OS and basic software
Perform routine system maintenance and data backup
Office Work
Maintain service records, job sheets, and basic documentation
Manage inventory of IT hardware and networking equipment
Coordinate with team members, vendors, and customers
Support daily office operations and reporting
Sales & Customer Support
Assist in IT hardware and networking sales
Explain products and services to customers
Support quotation preparation and follow-ups
Provide basic after-sales and customer support
Coordinate field visits when required
Education / Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above
Freshers are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of computers and networking is an advantage
Skills Required
Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
Willingness to learn IT hardware, networking, and sales processes
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Ability to work both office-based and field-based when required
