Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware
Provide desktop and laptop support
Set up and maintain LAN and basic networking
Configure routers, switches, and network devices (basic)
Install and support Windows operating systems
Handle printer and peripheral installation
Perform on-site and remote technical support
Maintain service records and basic documentation
Required Skills
Computer hardware installation and troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP addressing)
Windows OS installation and configuration
Router and switch configuration (basic)
