Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web development and cloud technologies and a strong background in client handling and team management. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both frontend and backend technologies and excellent communication skills to work directly with clients and manage development teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using HTML/CSS/Bootstrap, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter), MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL.
Create and manage dynamic user interfaces using React, Node.js, and Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technical issues.
Manage and mentor a development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the deadline.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
Ensure that the codebase is clean, well-structured, and maintainable.
Implemented and managed cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:
Frontend: Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React, Angular.
Backend: Strong experience in PHP frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter.
Database: Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL databases.
JavaScript Libraries & Frameworks: Expertise in Node.js for backend development.
Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing applications.
Experience with version control (Git) and deployment processes.
Strong understanding of RESTful services and APIs.
Knowledge of server environments and cloud platforms.
Ability to write efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent client communication skills.
Proven experience in handling client interactions and delivering technical solutions based on their needs.
Ability to manage a small team and oversee project deliverables.
Fluent in both written and verbal communication.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
