The Front Desk Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk of a business or organization. They serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, handle incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
– Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees.
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
– Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
– Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong customer service orientation.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
