Job Overview:

Our company is seeking an experienced Front Desk Executive to manage the front desk activities and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
– Manage and coordinate appointments and maintain the reception area
– Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
– Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
– Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-maintained
– Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements and Skills:

– Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and scanners
– Knowledge of basic office software (e.g., MS Office)
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
– High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
