Responsibilities:
– Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
– Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
– Develop detailed cost analysis reports and bid proposals.
– Review and update cost estimates based on changes in project scope or requirements.
– Conduct site visits and consultations to assess project requirements and constraints.
– Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process.
– Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy in estimates.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction cost estimation.
– Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
– Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in construction cost estimation.
