Job Overview:

The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions. They will work in coordination with the marketing team to create and optimize email content, manage subscriber lists, and monitor campaign performance.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement email marketing strategies to promote products or services
– Create email campaigns, including writing copy, designing visuals, and setting up automation
– Segment email lists and customize content based on user behavior and preferences
– Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to measure performance and optimize for success
– A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
– Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices, trends, and technologies

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience in email marketing
– Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
– Strong copywriting and editing skills
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
– Creative thinker with a keen eye for design
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience in email marketing
– Certification in email marketing (optional)
– Knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred)
