Salary:
Freshers: ₹15,536 Take Home / ₹20,000 CTC (2.4 LPA)
6+ Months Experience: ₹16,999 Take Home / ₹21,667 CTC (2.6 LPA)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various communication channels (email, chat, and phone) to assist them with their queries and resolve any issues related to e-commerce orders.
Product Listings & Catalog Management: Update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring all product details are accurate and attractive.
Order Processing: Handle and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
Product Information Management: Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are correct across all platforms.
Inventory Management Support: Assist in tracking and managing product inventory to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address order discrepancies, returns, refunds, and product issues, providing effective solutions.
Monitor Sales Performance: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to improve performance.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Skills & Requirements:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Customer-Focused: A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle various customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in product listings, order management, and customer service tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other departments.
