Ronak Doshi and Associates is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CS Intern / Assistant to support company secretarial and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of corporate laws, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation and regulatory requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in company secretarial and compliance activities
• Prepare and maintain statutory records and documents
• Support in filing forms and documents with regulatory authorities
• Maintain company registers and compliance records
• Assist in preparing minutes, notices, and resolutions
• Coordinate with clients regarding documentation requirements
• Conduct research on corporate laws and regulations
• Support senior professionals in daily assignments
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain proper documentation and records
