Position: Company Secretary – Compliance
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Salary: ₹12,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (₹12-15 LPA)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Company Law (Companies Act, 2013), SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks.
Handle statutory filings, ROC returns, and board meeting documentation.
Manage corporate governance, risk management, and secretarial audits.
Draft, review, and execute legal contracts, agreements, and resolutions.
Oversee corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws (GST, Income Tax, etc.) and financial reporting.
Liaise with regulatory authorities (MCA, SEBI, RBI, Stock Exchanges, etc.).
Conduct internal audits and ensure ethical corporate practices.
