Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual with at least 3 years of experience in clinical compliance to join our team as Clinical Compliance Faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering compliance training programs, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations in clinical practice.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver training programs on clinical compliance policies and procedures.
– Review and update curriculum to align with changing regulations and best practices.
– Collaborate with clinical faculty to integrate compliance education into the curriculum.
– Monitor and assess compliance training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
– Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical compliance or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and stakeholders.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
– Master’s degree in Healthcare Compliance or a related field (preferred).
– Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) is a plus.
