The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects and services on time.
Assist in managing client requirements, meetings, and regular follow-ups.
Prepare reports, presentations, and account-related documentation.
Address client queries and support issue resolution to maintain a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of client relationship management, account handling, and business communication.
Experience with CRM tools, account planning, project coordination, and reporting.
Ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresher with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of client servicing and account management concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
