Job Description:
ESI (Trust) is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation, along with the ability to support day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
• Maintain ledgers and accounting documentation
• Prepare financial reports and support monthly closing activities
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams as required
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
Required Skills:
• Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• GST and TDS Knowledge
• Bank Reconciliation
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Financial Reporting
• MS Excel & MS Office
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Relevant Field Preferred
• 0 to 1 Year of Experience in Accounting
• Freshers with basic accounting knowledge can also apply
