Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and review financial statements
– Manage financial reports and ensure accuracy
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve profitability
– Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
– Maintain compliance with accounting regulations
– Collaborate with external auditors during annual audit
– Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance
– Participate in financial planning and strategy development

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA certification preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting
– Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA certification preferred
