Job Summary:
The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media. This role involves supporting senior designers and contributing to the design process through the development of graphics, layouts, and other visual elements. The ideal candidate will have 0.6 to 1 year of experience in graphic design and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Assist in designing graphics for a variety of projects including social media posts, website elements, marketing materials, and print collateral.
Layout and Composition: Support in creating engaging layouts and visual compositions that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.
Concept Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in developing initial design concepts and mockups.
Revisions: Make revisions to designs based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project objectives.
File Preparation: Prepare and format design files for production and digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand project needs and deliver design solutions.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 0.6 to 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs for various media.
Familiarity with web design principles and digital media formats is a plus.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch or Figma is an advantage.
