Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Office Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage emails, letters, and other correspondence
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Coordinate appointments and meetings
– Handle customer inquiries and provide information
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area

Requirements and Skills:

– Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational skills
– Attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office executive role
