Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Understand client needs and requirements, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [specific industry or sector, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
