Title: Business Development Executive

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will support market expansion by generating leads, closing deals, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present company products or services and explain value propositions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems
Track business development performance and prepare regular reports
Participate in events, meetings, and promotional activities as required
Perform additional business development tasks as assigned

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Business development or sales certifications are a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
Ability to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
Time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
