Kretoss Technology is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Job Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present and pitch company offerings to clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
• Maintain client database and track sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Experience in lead generation and sales conversion
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Understanding of market research and business strategies
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Experience in IT/Software industry preferred
