Title: Business Development Executive

Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting revenue targets.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Track market trends, competitors, and business opportunities
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets

Education / Qualification
Graduate in any stream
MBA / PG in Marketing or Business Development preferred

Knowledge / Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Good presentation and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Willingness to travel (if required)
