Overview
Truffle Systems India Private Limited is seeking energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to promote and sell POS (Point of Sale) Solutions. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and business growth through direct customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
Promote and sell POS solutions to retail stores, restaurants, and businesses
Identify and generate new leads through field visits and market research
Conduct product demonstrations and explain POS features and benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and complete documentation
Coordinate with technical and support teams for installation and onboarding
Maintain daily visit reports, leads, and follow-up records
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
Participate in sales meetings and training programs
Education / Qualification
B.Com / B.A / B.Sc / BBA / MBA
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Experience in field sales or business development preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, software, or IT products (added advantage)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
Basic computer and reporting skills
