Role Description
1. Customer Engagement: Engage with pre-qualified prospects via phone, email,
and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate
solutions.
2. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact
to closing deals.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products and
services, and communicate their value effectively.
4. CRM Management: Update and manage customer information and sales
activities in the CRM system.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide
feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.
6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Experience range:
1 to 5 years Mandatory into B2C, Excellent communication skills, good knowledge of lead generation, and should have client visit experience.
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in B2C
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English is a must. Strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, negotiations, market expansion, etc (can be from any B2C Industry, with strong sales skills required)
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales or customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Familiarity with CRM software and sales principles
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales and CRM software; familiarity with AI-
driven solutions are a plus.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast–
paced environment.
Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing
industry.
