Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience in gathering and translating requirements into actionable specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Create detailed business process workflows, use cases, and reports.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Assist in user acceptance testing and training documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose data-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a business analysis role in the IT sector.
Strong problem-solving and requirement-gathering skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, or other BA tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
