Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Pune (Karve Road, Kothrud)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates with Less than 30 Days’ Notice Preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ERP end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support ERP end-to-end implementation projects
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD)
Develop and maintain use case diagrams and process flows
Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on solution design
Conduct gap analysis and suggest improvements for existing systems
Prepare and execute test cases to validate implemented solutions
Utilize SQL Server for data analysis and reporting purposes
Required Skills (Mandatory):

Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
