Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the branch.
They are also tasked with driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Manage branch staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
– Develop strategies to meet branch sales targets and goals
– Monitor branch expenses and budget to ensure financial health
– Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
– Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize overall performance
– Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in banking or finance
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
– Knowledge of financial products and services
– Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking industry

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 3 years of managerial experience in banking or finance sector
– Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen
