We are seeking a skilled Bench Sales Manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of bench sales recruiters and driving the sales cycle to place qualified candidates with clients.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of bench sales recruiters to meet sales targets and performance goals.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 12 years of experience in bench sales within the staffing industry.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
