We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Manager to lead the bench sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the IT staffing industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a bench sales team.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead the bench sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
– Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity
– Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in bench sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
– Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
– Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
