Huptech Web Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dynamic Fresher BDE to help drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about sales and want to start their career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand company products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain records of interactions with clients and update CRM regularly.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes.
Problem-solving and persuasive skills.
Familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
