Job Description:
M G Mehta & Sons is looking for a detail-oriented Basic Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and good organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain ledgers and financial records
• Assist with GST and TDS-related work
• Prepare basic financial reports
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams as required
• Support daily accounting operations
Required Skills:
• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• MS Excel
• GST & TDS Basics
• Bank Reconciliation
• Invoice Management
• Financial Record Keeping
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management
• Communication Skills
Eligibility:
• B.Com or relevant qualification preferred
• 1 Year of accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally required
