Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of backend developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
– Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend solutions.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed.
– Identify and address technical challenges that may arise during development.
– Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional development.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a minimum of 3-7 years in software development.
– Strong knowledge of backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
– Experience in developing and maintaining APIs and microservices.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
