Job Title: Automobile Process Associate
Location: Genisys BPO, Bangalore

Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and skilled individuals to join our Automobile Process team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support related to automobile products and services. You will assist customers with inquiries, guide them through processes, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support related to automobile products and services
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat, offering solutions and troubleshooting
Provide accurate information regarding automobile features, warranties, service options, and product details
Maintain customer data and manage orders with attention to detail
Handle customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate when necessary
Assist in processing service requests, bookings, and product information
Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly
Meet performance targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications:
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (both written and verbal)
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate and communicate with customers
Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Customer Focused: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Adaptability: Ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7 for boys, day rotational shifts for girls)
Shifts:
Girls: Day Rotational Shifts
Boys: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
Salary:
₹26,001 Take Home / ₹30,833 CTC (up to 3.7 LPA)
