Job Summary
BCE Global Tech is looking for a skilled Automation Tester with 5–8 years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery across web, mobile, and API platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
Design and enhance automation frameworks
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements
Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
Experience with version control tools such as Git
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Good debugging and analytical skills
Eligibility Criteria
5–8 years of experience in software testing and automation
Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
