Job Title: Associate – Software Tester

Job Overview:
The Associate Software Tester will be responsible for conducting testing activities on software applications to ensure high quality and functionality. Working closely with the development team, they will implement and execute test cases, report and track defects, and ensure the overall performance of the software product.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement test cases based on software requirements
– Execute test cases and document test results
– Identify and report defects to the development team
– Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes
– Conduct regression testing to ensure software quality
– Participate in test planning and strategy meetings
– Stay updated on industry best practices and testing tools
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in software testing
– Knowledge of software testing techniques and tools
– Understanding of software development lifecycle
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
