Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales strategies and initiatives while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
– Supervise and support the sales team in day-to-day operations
– Train and mentor sales associates to ensure high performance
– Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance
– Identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Requirements and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
– Excellent customer service skills
– Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
