Job Overview
FMCG – PREYAS SHAH is looking for an experienced Assistant Commercial Executive to manage commercial operations, documentation, and coordination in the FMCG sector. The role involves handling billing, order processing, and supporting business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage billing, invoicing, and commercial documentation
Handle purchase orders and sales orders efficiently
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports
Ensure timely processing of orders and dispatch coordination
Monitor stock and support inventory management
Follow up with clients and vendors for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in financial and commercial reporting

Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
Experience in FMCG commercial operations preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer tools
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria
MBA / M.Com qualification
5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Experience in FMCG industry preferred
