Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales management experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals within the assigned area.
– Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
– Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
– Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
