Job Summary
Manthan M Shah & Associates is looking for a dedicated Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. This role is suitable for both freshers who want to start their career in accounting and experienced candidates seeking growth in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and ledger entries
Prepare and record journal and voucher entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Assist in GST, TDS, and tax-related work
Perform bank reconciliation statements
Prepare invoices and manage billing processes
Maintain financial records and documentation
Support in audit and compliance-related activities
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of GST basics (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and grow
Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass / B.Com
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic computer and accounting software knowledge preferred
Strong interest in accounts and finance
